BLACKPAPER SAUSAGE PASTA home made (bi-linguals)


There's spare time during holiday (the Eid Mubarak Holiday) so I decided to cook something I like...

I found a half pouch spiral pasta in the kitchen cupboard, why don't I cook some pasta for myself and the kids..I never cooked pasta before, so this is my trial error..and the result, it so tasty..yummy...


so, here is the recipe :


Ingredients :
1/2 pouch spiral pasta (2 fist of adult)
1/2 clove big onion, slice it
2 cloves shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil/butter (or olive oil)
1 teaspoon oregano, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon of red sherry (or you can use Ang Ciu)
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
2 sausages,
1 teaspoons of blackpaper
Salt


Directions :
Put some cold water into a boil over high heat, then salt it generously. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally until al dente, tender but not mushy, about 8 minutes.Drain the pasta in a colander set in the sink, reserving about a 1/4 cup of the cooking water.

Saute the onin,garlic,shallot,sausages,salt and red pepper flakes in a large skillet with butter/oil and warm over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the garlic softens and turns golden, put 1 tablespoon of red sherry/ang ciu, oyster sauce, blackpapper and the pasta into the mixture. Mix well. Adjust seasoning, to taste.
Transfer to a plate. Serve topped with grated cheese, if desired.

Note : don't put too much red pepper flakes and blackpaper if you want to serve it for children.

Selama liburan Lebaran saya punya banyak waktu senggang, jadi saya putuskan untuk mencoba memasak sesuatu yang saya suka,

Kebetulan saya menemukan 1/2 bungkus pasta spiral di lemari dapur, kenapa saya ga coba memasak pasta untuk saya dan anak-anak..saya belum pernah masak pasta sebelumnya maka ini kali pertama saya mencobanya, dan hasilnya cukup memuaskan, enak, yummy...

Ini resepnya;

Bahan-bahan :

1/2 bungkus Pasta spiral (kurang lebih 2 genggam orang dewasa)
1/2 bawang bombay, iris tipis
2 siung bawang putih, cincang
2 siung bawang merah, cincang
1 sdm minyak sayur/margarin/olive oil
1 sdt oregano, cincang
1 sdt bubuk paprika
1 sdt lada hitam bubuk
1 sdm red sherry (atau bisa diganti dengan Ang Ciu)
1 sdm saus tiram
2 sosis, iris melintang
garam

Cara membuat :

Rebus pasta dengan air dingin dan sedikit garam di dalam panci dengan panas tinggi sampai al dente, lembut tapi tidak lembek. Tiris dengan saringan, sisihkan.

Tumis bawang bombay, bawang merah, bawang putih, sosis, garam, bubuk paprika dengan minyak sayur/margarin/olive oil diatas api sedang. Aduk rata sampai bawangnya lembyt dan kuning keemasan, lalu masukkan red sherry/ang ciu, saus tiram, lada hitam bubuk dan pasta ke dalamnya, bumbui, lalu aduk rata sampai matang.

Sajikan dalam piring, anda bisa menambahkan parutan keju bila suka.

Catatan : Jangan masukkan terlalu banyak bubuk paprika dan lada hitam bila ingin disajikan untuk anak-anak.
